Popsicle is a simple combination of milk, I used almond milk, non-fat plain yogurt Greece, peanut butter, bananas, unsweetened cocoa powder, honey and vanilla. Blend everything in a blender then pour into popsicle molds. I want to let my popsicle freezes for about 30 minutes before inserting the popsicle stick that way they don't sink all the way to the bottom. If you need a sweet, but healthy treat or just want a new way to consume your morning smoothie, then this chocolate, peanut butter, banana, yogurt pops up is for you!
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 large ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 30 minutes before inserting the popsicle sticks.
- Freeze the popsicles until they are frozen solid, about 4 hours.
