Popsicle is a simple combination of milk, I used almond milk, non-fat plain yogurt Greece, peanut butter, bananasunsweetened cocoa powder, honey and vanilla. Blend everything in a blender then pour into popsicle molds. I want to let my popsicle freezes for about 30 minutes before inserting the popsicle stick that way they don't sink all the way to the bottom. If you need a sweet, but healthy treat or just want a new way to consume your morning smoothie, then this chocolate, peanut butter, banana, yogurt pops up is for you!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 30 minutes before inserting the popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze the popsicles until they are frozen solid, about 4 hours.
