Banana Bread Donuts with caramelized browned butter Glaze
Donut is so simple. So delicious. I'll be the first to say that when it comes to Donuts,I can be pure Donuts: I want to like fries or a doughnut. I do not distinguish between the two because sometimes I'm in the mood for one over the other.
But let's talk about doughnuts in the oven. I don't always think that they make to fryDonuts. They are not really. Yet! They deserve a place among all the other desserts.They are simple, good flavor, easily adjustable. And my favorite part: I didn't ask fora pot of hot oil! Because first of all, I don't have time to FRY all kinds of things now.More importantly, I got to my feet a little munchkin. So all my odd oil out.
If you have never tried doing doughnuts in the oven, I almost say it is as if you are some muffins. First of all, the same texture! Second, you mix the wet dry, pour the batter into the Pan and cook for about 15 minutes.
